Who We Are

Ty Fischer

Ty is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). He was an HOA Board Member for 15 years. He has been involved with customer service for 24 years, 16 of which he has been the owner of a successful local business. Ty is actively involved with board members & their communities. He is committed to making sure the community adhers to the rules and regulations regarding violations according to the by-laws, covenants and declarations.

Laura Keller

Laura has been a bookkeeper for 40 years. She has been the owner, for 16 years, of a successful bookkeeping business. Laura is certified as an Enrolled Agent (a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS). For 17 years she has served on many boards from PTAs to band organizations to Homeowner Associations. Laura is committed to producing meaningful reports and processing all the accounting fucntions efficiently and timely.
